Walmart Is Planning Even More Store Closures In August

Even the biggest US retailers are losing locations as food store closures continue. Walmart closed six shops in February and March

due to financial issues. Last month, the firm told Nexstar it will close its only two Portland, Oregon, locations by March.

The grocery company will shutdown two more outlets next month. Walmart's Honolulu, Hawaii, 1032 Fort Street Mall and Brooklyn Center, 

Walmart closed these sites due to poor financial performance. Before the pharmacies close on April 21,

workers are helping transfer medications. All employees at those stores can transfer to another neighboring Walmart.
